Shane places particular emphasis on understanding client’s needs and ensuring that project expectations are communicated to all project staff. Shane currently holds a current Contractors Licence.
Mark Fisher

With two decades of industry experience, Mark is responsible for the day-to-day running of the division and will assume ultimate responsibility for each project. He brings considerable expertise and experience to the team having owned and operated a successfully Plumbing & Maintenance business. Mark currently holds a Plumbing & Contractors Licence in NSW.
Diploma of Building and Construction CPC50210. Certificate IV in Building and Construction CPC 40110.

Orana works closely with local Indigenous stakeholder and impacted communities to support participation and employment in projects. This provides employment during the project & long term economic benefits through skills & capability development in communities. Career paths are encouraged at entry level through our structured Wellbeing and Support Programme, designed to attract Indigenous men and women from local communities, to trainee and apprenticeship positions, who are committed to building a career in the commercial sector of our industry.
